Shipping Policy

At florivya.in, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process, dispatch, and deliver your products.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or SMS.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays, weather, or logistical issues.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2500.

  • For orders below the minimum value, a standard shipping fee of ₹149 apply.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may include an additional handling charge.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email: support@florivya.in/whatsapp: +91 9625862051.

  • You can track your package in real time through our courier partner’s website.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address, pin code, and mobile number are correct.
florivya.in will not be responsible for:

  • Delivery failures due to incorrect address

  • Extra charges for re-shipping due to customer error


6. Delay Beyond Our Control

We try our best to meet estimated delivery times. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals or government restrictions

  • Remote-area logistics

In such cases, we request your patience and cooperation.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please:

  1. Take photos/video of the package

  2. Do NOT accept the delivery (if possible)

  3. Contact us immediately at support@florivya.in

We will resolve the issue promptly.


8. International Shipping

Currently, florivya.in ships only within India.
International delivery options may be introduced in the future.
