Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – florivya.in

At florivya.in, every product is handcrafted with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Because our products are handmade and often customized, we follow a strict return, refund, and cancellation policy to maintain fairness and transparency. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.


1. No Return or Refund on Handmade Products

All products sold on florivya.in are 100% handmade.
Therefore, we do not provide returns or refunds for any orders, except when the product arrives damaged.

Customers are requested to review product descriptions and details carefully before purchasing.


2. Damaged Product Return Policy

Return is accepted ONLY if the received product is damaged.

To claim a damaged product return, you must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video showing:

The unboxing video must include:

  • The sealed parcel before opening

  • The outer box, shipping label, and full packaging condition

  • Evidence that the parcel was not tampered (no retaped areas, no cut tapes, no torn packaging)

  • The process of opening the package from start to end

  • Clear visibility of the damaged product

Important:

  • If the delivery person hands you a damaged or tampered package, please do NOT accept it.

  • Once accepted, only the unboxing video can be used as valid proof.

  • Without a proper unboxing video showing all required details, the claim will be rejected.


3. Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellation Before Shipping

If you request cancellation before the order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a full refund after deducting 2% Razorpay payment gateway charges.

  • The refunded amount will be credited within 4–6 working days.


b) Cancellation After Order Has Been Shipped

If the order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel:

  • You must pay the actual shipping charges, calculated based on your delivery location and order weight.

  • After deducting these shipping charges, the remaining amount will be refunded within 4–6 working days.


c) No Cancellation for Customized Orders

For customized or personalized products:

  • No cancellation, return, or refund is allowed under any circumstances.

  • Once we begin production of a customized item, it cannot be cancelled.


4. Refund Timeline

All approved refunds are processed within 4–6 working days and will be credited to:

  • Your original payment method, or

  • Your bank account (depending on payment mode)


5. Important Notes

  • No returns or refunds are accepted for reasons like “not satisfied”, “changed mind”, “different than expected”, “ordered wrong item”, etc.

  • Handmade products may have minor unique variations, which are normal and not considered defects.

  • Edited or incomplete videos will not be accepted as valid proof.

  • Any misuse or fraudulent claims will be declined immediately.
